This sacred event will weave the energy of fullness, grounding, and transformation under the Full Moon in Taurus. We will explore the ebb and flow of giving and receiving as a pathway to deeper grounding, connection, and heart-centered abundance. This journey is designed to tune us into the cycle of exchange between earth, self, and others anchoring us in the steady presence of the earth’s rhythms and the moon’s luminescent clarity.

Together, we’ll enter a shared space where the natural balance of giving and receiving flows freely, inviting us to connect with our bodies, our hearts, and energetically with each other in ways that are both grounding and expansive. 

With the soulful sounds of Jean Cardeño on violin and Kelly Lee on bowls, flutes, drums, and Gong, you’ll be held in an immersive soundscape that carries us through breathwork, somatic movement, and a guided journey into your imagination to explore giving and receiving.

Bring comfortable clothing, an open heart, and any small item to place on our alter as we honor this sacred cycle of abundance and presence.  

There will be a few mats and other props to be cozy and you can bring any pillows and blankets you would like.
