Your Facilitators
Kelly Lee
Hi, I’m Kelly. I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember the wisdom that lives within them. Through sound healing, somatic guided meditation, and practices that support the nervous system, I help others feel safe enough to soften and supported enough to heal.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and have trained in sound therapy, Chinese Medicine principles, and holistic approaches to mind-body integration. My work weaves science with intuition, structure with flow, and stillness with sound.
Whether I’m guiding a teen group, leading a community sound journey, or offering practices for presence and regulation, my intention is the same. I am here to support a return to wholeness and help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner rhythm.

April LeBlanc
Hi, I’m April, and I’m deeply passionate about guiding others on their healing journey to reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the earth, holistic practices, and mindful self-discovery. My own journey has been one of transformation, from experiencing the weight of chronic stress and burnout to finding healing and balance through yoga, acupuncture, sound, movement, and connection.
As a Holistic Nurse Coach with 22 years of experience working with children, teens, and families facing chronic health challenges, I understand the importance of nurturing both the body and spirit. I’ve trained in Mind Body Medicine and Integrative Lifestyle Medicine, and I’ve learned that true healing happens when we integrate the mind, body, and soul.
I believe that nature holds a deep wisdom, and I incorporate this into my practice by working with therapy animals, herbs, and the rhythms of the natural world. Whether I’m skiing through snow, hiking up mountains with campers, or growing plants, I find that the earth offers us the space to reconnect with our most authentic selves.
I’m here to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing, helping you embrace your true power and live in alignment with your soul. Together, we’ll explore a combination of traditional and alternative practices that honor your unique journey and empower you to thrive.

Abby Stimpson
Hi, I’m Abby. I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside others on their healing journeys and helping them reconnect with themselves through the rhythms of the earth's cycles, holistic practices, and the gentle unfolding of mindful self-discovery.
My own path has been anything but Linear. It’s been shaped by deep loss in grieving the deaths of family members due to addiction and suicide, by the unraveling of my foundational beliefs, by intense health challenges, and by a near death experience that cracked me wide open… and ultimately brought me back to life. For many years, I gave my power away in the name of “keeping the peace”. But as I found my way back to my voice, my body, and my truth, I came home to myself and it changed everything.
That transformation is what led me to this work, and it is one of my greatest honors to now hold sacred, supportive space for others to do the same. I’ve spent over a decade working as an educator and dance instructor, and I’m endlessly inspired by the children I’ve had the joy of learning from. I love weaving movement, music, and playful creativity into experiences that feel grounding, meaningful, and alive with connection.
Throughout my healing, I’ve explored many holistic modalities, not as fleeting trends, but as vital tools that helped me rebuild from the inside out. Yoga, bodywork, sweat lodges, ancestral healing ceremonies, sound bathing, embodied movement, and community advocacy have all become part of the tapestry I weave into my own personal practice. My work blends both ancient wisdom and modern practices to support your unique journey back to wholeness.
Whether we’re dancing, breathing, grieving, laughing, or resting in stillness, my hope is to walk beside you as you remember who you are, reclaim your voice, and step into your soul’s rhythm. This work lights me up. Supporting others as they find their truth and reconnect with their inner and outer worlds is one of my greatest joys.
Let’s walk this journey together rooted and empowered by the rhythms of connection.

“It’s put me in touch with parts of myself that were always there, but I kept pushing down. It’s created a safe container for me to explore and accept myself more fully. It’s connected me more to the Divine and the beauty of this world. Most incredulously, it’s brought me back to myself and helped me remember my power and delight with life that had nearly been completely snuffed out of me. I feel so much more confident and sure of myself than I have in decades, perhaps ever. It’s opened me up to so much joy and love and realness.”

A Mind-Body Medicine Skills Group offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore research-based techniques to navigate life’s changes, manage stress, and support healing. These groups are intentionally small—typically 5-8 participants—fostering deep connection and meaningful sharing. We meet for 8 weeks, gathering for 2 hours each week at the same day and time. This structure allows you to learn and practice powerful mind-body skills while integrating them into your daily life, all with the guidance and support of the group.
