What to Expect:
✨Kelly Lee will guide you through somatic practices and therapeutic guided imagery, gently leading you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
✨As she weaves movement and imagery with singing and playing flutes, crystal bowls, drums, and other sacred sound instruments the vibrations will ripple through you, inviting tools to deepen into a meditative space and use the power of your imagination to be more heart centered and soul embodied.
✨Jean Cardeño’s skillful and soulful playing will flow through the space like a lunar current—ethereal, expansive, and awakening, elevating the journey to a realm of deep connection and resonance.
✨As you step into the sacred space at Studio Sacred- a healing sanctuary- we invite you to give yourself permission to Be. Be held. Be supported. Be in like minded community. Be open. Be present. Be intentional.
✨The first part of the journey will be a blend of somatic practices and guided meditation as Kelly and Jean play for you. Then, you’ll be cradled in pure music, no words, just energy, allowing you to drift wherever you need to go, tapping deeper into your own wisdom.
✨We’ll close by inviting anything that wants to be spoken into the space, honoring and witnessing your truths as they emerge, anchoring it all in your heart for integration.
