- Somatic Experiences: Engage your body with expansive breath work, gentle movement, and energetic intentions that invite a deeper connection to your depths. This allows for greater expansion into your heights- higher consciousness.  Prepare to feel more connected and present in your physical self while expanding your higher consciousness

- Therapeutic Guided Imagery: Be led through a powerful meditation designed to align with the energies of Jupiter and Uranus, opening the doors to expansive consciousness and new realms of possibility. After clearing our most stuck places we will call our souls back to us aiding our expansion.

- Sound Healing Session: Immerse yourself in the soothing and transformative sounds of crystal bowls, gong, flutes, drums and JT’s synthesizers and other sacred instruments.  

These vibrations work on a cellular level to open, clear, and balance your energetic pathways.  Therapeutic sound will be backdrop or main event for different parts of our experience

- Community Connection: Share space with like-minded souls, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose on this journey of expansion.  There is time at the end to share our journey in the event and to socialize
